NeuroActiv™ Program

Cognitive health is one of the most important, and overlooked, parts of aging well.

Our NeuroActiv Program™ uses Cognitive Stimulation Therapy (CST), an evidence-based small-group program designed to support memory, thinking skills, and connection for individuals with mild to moderate dementia.

7-Week NeuroActiv™ Program: $2100

  • 14 sessions, 45 minutes each, over 7 weeks

  • Program materials and supplies

  • Structured cognitive and interactive activities

  • Memory and thinking skills enhancement

  • Small-group environment

  • Pre- and post-program evaluations for cognition, depression, anxiety, and loneliness

  • Celebration ceremony upon completion

  • Snacks and drinks

Ongoing Maintenance
Weekly NeuroActiv™ Maintenance Membership: $125/session
